PARAGON SAOD

I need precise adjustment instructions for this transmission...the 4-108 manual gives one adjustment, another gives different advice.

Also, please settle the argument of what oil to use on a 29 year old transmission with about 4300 hours??/ ATF or regular SAE30W??
