It should hold about 2 quarts. You should fill both sections to the full mark. Then start the engine and engage it in forward and reverse. This fills all of the internal oil passages. Turn the engine off and make sure the fluid levels are still at the full mark. Let it sit over night and check it before starting the engine. It may be above the full mark due to drain back. Make the dipstick at the new high mark. You can now use the new mark to check and change the fluid without starting the engine.
The have oil coolers available. I will need to know how long it is and what size raw water hose ends that it has.
