I am having trouble locating the dip stick to check the tranny fluid. The port engine is fine but the other engine will not go into gear. I was having trouble with the cable being hard to move , so I disconnected it lubed it up anf it moves freely but now the tranny will not engage. I really do not know if the tranny needs fluid or if I need to replace the cable. Any help would be appreciated.
