MS3 1.92:1 vs MS3 291:1

Are the end covers (top part #851537-1 and bottom part #851538-9) from the MS-3 with ratio of 291:1 interchangeable with the MS3 Transmission with ratio 192:1 (top part #850742-8 and bottom #850833-6) AND do they have the large hose fittings?
